Check-in at Westbay Resort & Spa begins at 1:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability, and may attract a nominal additional charge. We recommend contacting our reservations team in advance to arrange this.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date are fully refunded. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged one night's room rate. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Please note that cancellation policies may vary for peak season bookings and special packages.
Yes, room upgrades are available subject to availability at the time of check-in. You may request an upgrade at the time of booking or at the front desk on arrival. Complimentary upgrades are occasionally offered to loyalty guests and during special occasions please inform our team if you are celebrating an anniversary or birthday.
We love animals, but to ensure a comfortable experience for all our guests, pets are not permitted within the resort premises. We apologise for any inconvenience and can help recommend nearby pet-friendly accommodation if needed.

Yes, we offer pre-arranged transfers from Ratnagiri Railway Station and nearby airports. Please contact our reservations team at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to arrange a transfer. Charges apply based on the distance and vehicle type.
